Q. What are my voting rights in the Condominium Association?

A. The owner, owners collectively, of each unit shall be entitled to one (1) vote. The manner of exercising voting rights shall be determined by the Bay Laws and 718.112 of the Florida Statutes.

Q. What restrictions exits in the condominium on my unit and my right use my land?

A. Please refer to the Declaration of Condominium, Article XVIIII and the Rules and Regulations.

Q. What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on the leasing of my unit?

A. Please refer to Section 4 leasing of the Condominium Parcels.

Q. How much are my assessments to the Condominium for my unit type and when are they due?

A. $424.00 per month due by the 1st of the month.

Q. Do I have to be a member in any other association? If so, what in the name of the association and what are my voting rights in this association? Also, how much are my assessments.

A. No.

Q. Am I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreational or other facilities?

A. No.

Q. Is the Condominium or other mandatory membership association involved in any court cases in which it may face liability in excess of $1,000, 000? If so, identify each such case.

A. No.

Q. Is there any age restriction on the residents in the condominium?

A. No

Q. How many units are leased and how many are occupied by the owner of the unit?

A. Approximately 21 are leased, and approximately 98 are occupied by the owner of the unit.

Q. May I keep a pet in the unit?

A. Yes. While there is no weight limit, dogs considered aggressive breeds: Pit Bulls, Rotweilers, Dobermans, Wolf Hybrids and Chows are restricted in the community.
